Hi Wendy, I wonder if you can advise me on the following.currently I am using btinternet as my ISP and their spamguard spam protection adds the word bulk to messages that it thinks are spam, some of which are actually legitimate e-mail.
Having read your reply to Ray, I would be interested to know whether you have the same problems with cloudmark as I experience with BTinternet's spam filters.
