OK, it's got personal now.

It's been a great discussion and I agree with Ray some great ideas have emerged from it.

For the people who think it's unfair or unreasonable treatment let's get something done about it.

The thread has petered off to being amungst a few individuals now though and has stopped being productive.

Time gentleman please.
