Well, it isn't a Nowadays solution because I can't get any enjoyment out of the TV and I'd love to be able to access documentaries so why can't we DeafBlind access TV now, years later, just What has happened to modern, developing technology? Well for TV it could be Braille subtitles, or a Braille transcript.
