[access-uk] Chip and pin

One other non-standard that I have, so far, only found in Tesco's is that 
the card is passed to the cashier rather than put in the slot on the keypad. 
Again, this seems to defeat the object.  I read a story last year about a 
member of staff in a supermarket or garage getting arrested for secretly 
swiping the cards through a card reader under the desk before swiping it 
through the till.
