Hello Denis, Now here is where I show my ignorance I think I understand
the printer that loads from underneath so would you say the lexmark is? I
put the paper in the back and then when it prints out it comes from the
bottom, so does this mean that my printer is no good either? I am sorry to
keep asking these silly questions when I should know about them. thanks
for any help.

I use a (top loading) Canon BJ 551 printer. I understand that the programme
cannot work with printers like HP because they load from underneath.
