An option is to press enter or space on the message and then press tab four times to land in a field which gives the time. This field gives the actual time even although your timeline might be set to show relative time.

Hi folk,

Wonder if anyone knows, is there a way to check quickly the time a tweet was sent?

I can tell the time but I first have to go through a lot of text before I find that information at the end.

It's just that when I have a number of tweets I'd just like to know quickly where I am per the amount of tweets I have.
