[access-uk] Changing email Address.

I am trying to do this: all I want to do is change from manumandy to MJC the
rest staying the same. I appear to have entered all the details correctly but
it doesn't work except from one address within the account to another. What
might I be doing wrong? I set my new address to default but obviously I don't
want to tell everybody and delete the old one until this one is working.
Do I have to go onto the Virgin Media site and check some box or other so my
address can be recognised?
