Hello all,
I am using an iPhone 5 with IOS 9.
The speed of the speech being output in normal use is too fast.
When I go into Settings, General, and Accessibility and change the speech
speed to be used the change is demonstrated while setting out the change.
Once I leave the settings area the the speech remains very fast.
I have tried to send this message to the apple mail id as suggested by Ian
and others, but that is bounced.
