[access-uk] Changing ISP

Hello
Virgin month because I don’t have the TV or fibre optic service from Virgin I
was moved to TalkTalk but kept my exist ion email addresses. It has been a
disaster with the flakiest connection ever and a really appalling staff
attitude. I’m now seriously considering moving to a new provider something I’ve
never before done. I’ve had internet connection for around 20 years and always
with Virgin.
I’ve made preliminary enquiries with Zen and my son recommends Sky. Zen will
offer a package a couple of pounds cheaper than my TalkTalk package with the
same details so that is good. I’m not yet sure of the Sky deal. My main concern
is the transfer of all my contacts tithe new email address and how many
contacts may be lost in the process.
Comments good and bad will be much appreciated.
