I don't think Audible Manager has anything to do with a Microsoft account so
I wouldn't think you'd need one to allow you to use Audible Manager.
Because I have an Office 365 subscription, I do, in fact, have a Microsoft
account but I used Audible Manager long before that so you should be okay.
