Yes! but they seem rather expensive. RNIB used to sell products for 1 third of the price if you were blind but not these days. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie Cairns" <jackie.cairnsplace@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Peter Yes you could, quite easily, with a Perkins and some time. But why should you when the RNIB sell them on their online shop? I'm not having a pop, just agreeing with Ibrahim that it's not fair. Hi Everyone. I know we've discussed games on here in the past, so I thought I'draise this issue as it raises my hackles somewhat. I was on the RNIB onlineshop this morning looking for brailed playing cards, and was shocked todiscover that these cards cost £7.26, while the standard printed cards costless than half this at £3.5. For an organisation that claims to promote equal access, this is hardly an encouragement to take up a new hobbies orinterest as it penalises those of us who must use braille. A couple of setsof these cards would set me back a Wapping £14.5, an outrageous amount of money considering that the work required to adapt these cards IE putting a suit and numeric denominator on each hardly merits such an inflated price. Thoughts anyone? All the best, Ibrahim. __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 6858 (20120204) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq__________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 6858 (20120204) __________The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com
