[access-uk] Central heating controls

Evening
Have been looking at the description of the Cobalt talking timestat with a
view to having it fitted to control my central heating only - not the hot
water. The description reads that it has "2 independent timers adjustable
individually for every day of the week". Has anybody used it in this way and
if so could you comment on how easy to use and effective it is.
