Hi Brendon, OK, uninstall, then check on your hard disk in c:\program files\ to see if the Juice folder still exists. If so delete. Then see if there is a Juice folder in c:\documents and settings\username\application data, where username is your own name. If there, delete also. Finally, reboot and reinstall.
