Sorted now George, like I said, I suddenly remembered that there was a button
on the top right or middle and this would bring the cartridge to the centre.

They usually do come on a CD with the drivers, but over time the CD's get
lost.

What help files? I have simply connected the printer and selected it from
the choice of printers. I do not lift the top but lift a part in a direction
downwards and outwards towards myself as I am in front of it.
