Hi,

I am currently having a problem with outlook, in that I cannot download my
mail.

I spoke to BT last night, who say nothing is wrong their end, it's an
outlook issue.

My hotmail account is going into my outlook ok, but when I try to download
my BT Yahoo mail I am presented with the following error:
Task 'mail.btinternet.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80042110) : 'Your
POP3
server is providing inconsistent information. The number of messages
returned by the
STAT command does not match the number of items returned by the UIDL or LIST
commands. Contact your POP3 or Internet service provider.

If anyone can help or shed any light on this I would be most grateful.

I am able to go online and access my mail without any problems.

Many thanks.

Sharon
