Hi James,
The only thing I can think of would be to give them a phone I don't have
their number at this time but if you go to their web site you can get it
from their.
Sorry I can't be of more help they do not really have allot of stuff done it
will take them a while to convert all their stuff from tape to mp3 all the
best.
