Do you think that it would have been better to have factored into your
selling price the costs of delivery.

Another point worth considering is, is insurance of a parcel really worth
it?
I mean what are the chances of a correctly addressed and traceable parcel
getting lost? And, what are the chances of same parcel having its contents
damaged if correctly and well packed?

How many people can confirm they have received a parcel from
IT supplier, (like say George's company) and the goods were damaged, even
though well packed.
How many people have ordered goods and they failed to arrive, even though
correctly addressed? Of course only the sender would be aware parcel
correctly
addressed!

Derek
