I have a friend who has no arms due to the thalidomide drug and he
signs his name with a pen held between his toes.  He can even use chip
and pin using his toes.  It did make me laugh though when he went to
reading festival one year as there was nowhere to put his wrist band
and it was too small to go around his ankle!  The woman didn't know
what to do, or say, to him.
