The telephone preference service can only work against national sales calls
and not surveys. They have no power over calls from abroad. Also, you are
advised to sign up with them every five years to keep their records up to
date or else it may become ineffective.

but that's the point. if you complain they have to take you off the
register. give them a ring perhaps? or use my suggestion regarding the apps.

all the best,

Hi Carol.

Yes, sign up for the telephone preference service with your mobile number.
then by law they can't call you. they can be found at:

all the best,

Mo.

Hi all,

I know that there's Truecall for home phone numbers, but what can you do
when you receive unsolicited calls on your mobile?

I have had two separate numbers calling, without hiding the number, one
definitely being about solar energy, so far this month. The other is an
unknown number but no idea where it comes from.

Can you report them anywhere?
