Its under Convert in the main menu. The first 3 items in the droip down are
extract CD tracks to wav, extract CD tracks to mp3 and extract part of CD. Not
sure what the lasy does. I assume lets you selct certain tracks rather than all
of them.

I have foud it to be fast and efficient, but you need to check your options
to see where the extracted files are being sent.

  Good luck

  Graham

  Hi List,

I've installed cdex version 1.70 but the help files won't load because
apparently they were written in windows txt and they won't load into vista. So
can anyone tell me how to rip a music song from a cd to my computer with
cdex?(step by step if possible) or is their any scripts and tutorials on the
net that you can point me too?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

  Jim
