[access-uk] CDEX download problem?

Hi all, I want to rip my CD's into MP3's so I can put them on my Zen Stone,
so far I've only used music and talking books already in MP3 format, I went
onto the site below and found it just Won't work any ideas please, or
anything more accessable to a totally blind user? Thanks, CW and that site:
