I am getting the same message as before when I go to add new hardware and try to reinstall. It is saying a help and supportsystem service can not run. It tells me to go to start menu and click onhelp and support. When I do this it again tells me a help and support system service could not be found and tells me to click on help and support in thestart menu-which is what I am trying to do! So it seems that some help andsupport files have either got corrupted or removed. Anyone any ideas what todo next? Something you could try, which I've known sometimes to do the trick in cases like this is to uninstall the drive in device manager. Highlight the drive and uninstall will be on the context menu.. Click ok and then reboot. With any luck windows will reinstall it. Give it a spin and let me know what happens.
