[access-uk] CD stuck in daisy player

Hi all

 

I have just had a query from my local blind society helpdesk about a
Plextalk daisy player that has a disc stuck in it.  Pressing the button does
the usual whiring, but then the player says "No disc".  Are there any tricks
to getting this disc out?
