[access-uk] CD STUCK IN DRIVE

Hi all,
Has anyone got tips for releasing a CD drive in a Dell laptop. It's stuck
and holding down and/or pressing the button rapidly hasn't released the CD.
There seems to be no way inside, without taking the computer to pieces and
that's out of my capabilities! <Smiles>
