Hi Carol

I don't know what your knowledge of C DEX is like but try this

Go to the options menu - settings then remote TAB
There is a combo box with the available servers, mine has two listed.
Currently mine is set to freedb.freedb.org

Tab down and make sure you enter a valid email address
check the box to auto connect to remote CDDB server

Tab to ok then put in a CD and see if it works.

Hope that helps.

Darren.

Subject: [access-uk] CD DATABASE

Hi all,

I would like to use the database Windows Media uses when finding CD's in order to rip them using CDEX, but I can't find anywhere which database this is and what I have to put into CDEX.

Can any of you clever people help me out, please?

Thanks!
