I use menu type systems all the time from my phone. Explore your settings and look for anything about enabling/disabling dtmf

Cheers

I have a few times before with this particular number and it hasn't worked ... Think extensions are given as a Menu No (Press 1 for) etc. Perhaps that's why I can't get it to work.

Carol - Firstly I've never done this, and from what Jackie Says, you just do
it as you would from a landline; perhaps you're getting mixed up with
dialing an extention? If so, then that does require a 'fiddle around' and having never needed to do it on my mobile, can't recall how it's done, but it sounds as though you should be ok doing what you want in the usual way.
Just give it a go hey? -

Andy

| Jackie,
|
| I've never done this when calling the bank and, in fact, have only wanted
to
| do it to this particular number and haven't been able to do so.
|
| I just remember that someone said you did something a bit differently but
| can't remember quite what ...
