Thanks, I'll give that a go.

Hi Carol,

You shouldn't have any problems doing that. It should work just like you're using a landline; I do it all the time. In any case, you could try inserting a pose after the number you're calling and before the extension number. To do that, key in the number you're calling, then press the star key three times quickly, then key in the extension number and finally press the dial button. When you press the star key three times you should get the letter P for pose...

Hope that works.

Amro

Jackie,

I've never done this when calling the bank and, in fact, have only wanted to do it to this particular number and haven't been able to do so.

I just remember that someone said you did something a bit differently but can't remember quite what ...

Hi Carol

I've occasionally used my mobile for the automated telephone banking service, and have never had a problem with selecting different digits. I wasn't aware you had to do something different on a mobile to achieve this, so that's an interesting one.

Hi all,

I know I've asked this before and was given some information, but it didn't really work for me. Perhaps I could try again ... I use my mobile and call into a switchboard and am given options. How do I now use my keypad (Talks installed and all that) to select an option? I've tried it in the past but just hear the beep of the keypad at my end and nothing more.

I hope someone can get me to do this correctly ...
