Hi Carol

I've occasionally used my mobile for the automated telephone banking service, and have never had a problem with selecting different digits. I wasn't aware you had to do something different on a mobile to achieve this, so that's an interesting one.

Subject: [access-uk] CALLING FROM MOBILE TO AUTOMATED SWITCHBOARD

Hi all,

I know I've asked this before and was given some information, but it didn't really work for me. Perhaps I could try again ... I use my mobile and call into a switchboard and am given options. How do I now use my keypad (Talks installed and all that) to select an option? I've tried it in the past but just hear the beep of the keypad at my end and nothing more.

I hope someone can get me to do this correctly ...
