Hi Alfred

I was just thinking that if Niamh has insurance for accidental damage, then
perhaps a replacement would be in order, I don't know. In the first
instance, as Niamh purchased the bundle from RNIB, I would go to them to
check it all out.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

I think it will depend on what caused the phone to become faulty,
accidential damage or manufacture fault.

Hi Niamh

No problem, just ask!

You can have your licence transferred to another phone if your handset has
been irrepairably damaged. As you bought it all from RNIB, I can only
assume they will organise for Talks to be enabled on another handset. You
will need to provide them with your IMEI number, but if the phone has to be
sent back to them, they ought to know this and do the rest for you. I don't
know what their procedure is, so check it all out by giving them a call.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

No your not gloomy at all, just helpful.
I bought it from the RNIB, loaded with Talks.
I am presuming that the talks Licence can be transferred?
I am such an idiot.
What amazes me is how quickly we become dependent on these gadgets, I am
lost without it.
