[access-uk] Buying and Selling second-hand items

My advice to all is to be extremely careful about buying or selling items,
particularly involving people you don't know. The blindness community is
sadly not exempt from unscrupulous or disingenuous practices, so don't
assume otherwise when you are parting with goods or money. And always keep
Emails if you are transacting that way.

It is often hard to offload assistive technology because the target audience
is much smaller, and equipment costs so much in the first place that makes
it all the more difficult to sell on.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Brown
