Your best bet would be to use a CDR disc.

Hi Andy,

Now that what I asked has been clarified.  My next question to both
yourself, and also to Iain Lackie, is the following.  What sort of CD do I
actually need if it is to be put in the computer, have the MP3 file from the
website put onto it and then be played in a normal CD player?
