Dear All,

I have today received one of these devices but the CD and print quick start
guide do not explain how to connect the device to wi-fi. When I enter the
settings menu the device (which appears to be brand new) prompts me to enter
a passcode. I have tried all the standard one's like '0000' and '1234' but
these don't seem to work. There was no passcode supplied with the device but
one can't seem to get past this screen into the settings menu without either
entering or setting up a password (it isn't clear which the device wants).

I have even been so bold as to attempt a Samsung hard reset (by
simultaneously holding down the power and volume up buttons for 6 seconds
then just the volume up button) the device blithely ignores this however and
simply re starts at the home screen.

Can anyone out there with one of these devices give me any advice please
about how to get to the wi-fi settings?
