Hi Matthew.

Having been an iPhone user for 4 years now, I can honestly say that I can't remember once having to ask for sighted assistance in any aspect of the iPhone. It can be reset independantly with no sight required.

It is very intuitive and using iCloud, it is a doddle to upgrade to a new phone and have your phone up and running within an hour with no sighted assistance required.

Regards.

Kevin

Hello list,

This is for regular and experienced iPhone users:

What would be your top 3 accessibility issues with the iPhone? For
example, are there instances where sighted assistance is simply
unavoidable for performing an operating system related task? Can one
reset the phone to default factory settings without sighted help?

Sincerely,
Matthew
