RNIB treated my emails as spam few weeks ago.
So one of the staff that wasn't receiving my emails,
asked their IT (RNIB) IT) to sort it out!

So one may wonder why emails to staff are not
going through to their inboxes automatically.

Regards, Derek

Hi Yusuf

Yes, BT appears to think BCAB is spam, and I got bounced off the list
yesterday and had to resubscribe. All very weird, may follow suit
with the
domain idea.

Well actually it does. To give an example, for ages all my emails, or
pretty much all, from the local Freegle list were being treated as
spam
and not downloaded, even though, theoretically at least the spam guard

was turned off and I routinely went into the spam folder to move them
to
my inbox. Now most of them are being downloaded, but many emails from
the BCAB email list are being treated as spam. I can't explain it, and

frankly I've had enough of it. So, I've now gone and purchased my own
domain with my own email and am in the process of sorting that out so
that I can switch to that completely and not use BT at all, or at
least
hardly use it.
