Hi Sandra Not easy though is it? I find myself having to really grapple with the awkward way of moving items from the Spam folder to my Outlook Inbox. It might sound petty and easy to achieve, but the website isn't for the faint-hearted. I think the upshot of this story is that BT doesn't like Email lists of this nature judging from the way they treat list mail! (smile). Having read it, I went on to the website to check my spam folder and yes, you've guessed it, there were nearly 300 e-mails in my spam folder, over a hundred from this list. As I don't know which settings to change, I'll just have to check the spam folder regularly to see what's there that's not supposed to be. Thanks for the heads up. Cheers, Sandra. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
