hi there so true but you have to ring really late and yes like anything they 
are good but then they become not quite so good because of the loads of people 
they get on oh then they will bump the prices up a bit. i am a bit confused 
about the way my modem works now because i have fibre optic with two modems 
just hope it never crashes because i don't think i would know what to do.
