I used to be with Plusnet, they may be fast, they may be good value
for 
money, but if you can get through to someone on their 0800 number
within 
half an hour then you're very lucky.  They're supposed to have 2 call 
centres, but they must be so inundated with calls because I never
manage it. 
Usually by the time I do get through, I've found a solution to the
problem I 
was experiencing.  A service provider can become too popular and then
their 
standards will inevitably slip if they don't upsize to cope with the
surge 
in demand.

plusnet are
a subsiduary of bt but a million times better.  At least you can talk
