The truth is, the webmail interface is bloody awful and always has
been, at
least for the last ten years imho.

Hi Sandra

Not easy though is it? I find myself having to really grapple with
the
awkward way of moving items from the Spam folder to my Outlook Inbox.
It
might sound petty and easy to achieve, but the website isn't for the
faint-hearted. I think the upshot of this story is that BT doesn't
like
Email lists of this nature judging from the way they treat list mail!
(smile).

Kind regards,

Hi Jackie,
I've been away for a couple of days and have only just seen your
e-mail
about BT. Having read it, I went on to the website to check my spam
folder
and yes, you've guessed it, there were nearly 300 e-mails in my spam
folder,

over a hundred from this list. As I don't know which settings to
change,
I'll just have to check the spam folder regularly to see what's there
that's

not supposed to be. Thanks for the heads up.

Cheers,
Sandra.
