It was a part of the latest windows update. When activated, it gives choice of several browsers one can install rather than just Microsoft internet explorer. Deleting will cause no harm to your computer.

Hi all,
Recently I noticed there is a new Icon appearing on my Desktop.
I'm not sure where it came from and what it stand for, I do not see it on my control panel.
Any idea what "Browser Choice"  Icon is about?
Just wanted to be a sure before I do deleting this new Icon.
I'm using IE version 6 and XP Home Edition.
