Broadband DealHi Graham.

About a year or so ago now, admittedly, I wanted a similar deal for my parents.
I couldn't really suggest Plus.net who I am with. the company was undergoing
signifficant problems with their support at the time and anyway it requires
that you sign up online, which was not convenient as my parents were not online.

They don't have any cable or satellite tv either and they are only fairly basic
users. They just want the web and email.

I suggested Tiscali and it seems to have worked out OK for their needs. Not
sure what the current prices are but I think the basic tarriff is about L12 a
month.

If they have sky or Virgin Media, they may wish to consider a bundle including
mobile, tv, the Internet and possibly landline calls as well all from the same
provider. I think Virgin do this kind of deal and Sky do one including TV and
internet certainly. maybe there is landline in that deal as well, not sure to
be honest.

Cheers
