[access-uk] Broad Band Speed

Hi All,
I know these testers are thought not to be accurate.
I have had issues with my download speed loading web pages on my pc on my
orange account.
I know my pc has seen better days but also think speed of connection is
poor.
I have ran cleaner, de fraq etc..

I am told speed should be between 11 and 8 of whatever the measure is, is it
Meg?
When I run the test on the speed it comes back as .83 and .88 and I am
wondering if this is very slow or just that the decimal point is in the
wrong place. It said MB/second 
As the unit 
Hope this makes sense and clarity appreciated before I go back to Orange.
