Sorry David cannot help. Regrettably, nowadays, it appears the RNIB have precious little concerns for blind people.

Is there some where in the uK that I can buy braille Stationary other than the RNIB, as I am increasingly getting more thrustated with there services, the latest one is that I cannot buy any thing from them as there computers are down and cannot take any money parents at the moment/
Why is it that just before christmas the RNIB are putting in a new system for taking orders. Are they brain dead!!!
