[access-uk] Braille paper orientation

Hi all.
I am considering getting some A4 braille paper for my Index Classic
embosser.
Is the orientation of the paper landscape or portrait please?
Assuming it is in landscape then would the punched paper have the holes on
the short side of the page? And would the punched A4 fit standard A4 ring
binders or would I need to buy something specially?
