hi there you must do a full re set by holding down the button at the front on
the right with the re set button then try it first of all though back up
everything from settings.

I  am trying to upgrade to 8.5  my braillesense plus 18.
I  cannot do it on online as it insists that my 8.2  is the latest version.
Off line I  have downloaded the correct file, thanks to Jackie, but even
though I  have extracted the files it always says:
"cannot find executable file."
any one with a  clue, let me in on it.
