Hi Jeff
Just to recap, when you download the zip folder from the Hims website, are
you doing so to your computer? If so, you need to extract the zip folder
first, then copy the two files inside it to a memory stick. Once you do
that, go to the upgrade offline feature and it should start.
I find that it prefers a memory stick when upgrading to an SD card; perhaps
it looks for something plugged into the USB port as its default. Anyway, if
you can, use a memory stick over an SD card and try that. Otherwise,
decorate the garden with its scattered bits! (big smile.)

Subject: [access-uk] Braille Sense driving me mad
I am trying to upgrade to 8.5 my braillesense plus 18.
I cannot do it on online as it insists that my 8.2 is the latest version.
Off line I have downloaded the correct file, thanks to Jackie, but even
though I have extracted the files it always says:
"cannot find executable file."
any one with a clue, let me in on it.
