Hi Jeff and Everyone
Have you tried upgrading online with the Braille Sense connected to the
Internet?
Incidentally, I have a Braille Sense 32 QWERTY which I upgraded to Version 7. I
then had some problems with the battery and found that the solution was to
revert to Version 6.1.
HIMS have asked me to try upgrading again, but the Braille Sense will not
upgrade. It says "This firmware is invalid to update in current device" either
online or
offline. Has anyone else had this problem?
