Hi Eleanor

I have had my Kicker iK500 for over three years, but a friend of mine has
just bought two, one for himself and one for someone else. He absolutely
rates the thing as I do. I got mine from Play, but Amazon will sell them as
well. Never have I heard anything like it for a device of its size.

Kind regards,

I find the sound is more natural from the mini wheras with some speakers it
is just a loud noise. Where did you get the docking station from Jackie and
for how much?

Got to say I am not a Bose fan. I have a set of Bose speakers for my
laptop, and they are ok but nothing to jump up and down about. While it
isn't Bluetooth, I would never look past my Kicker iK500 docking-station,
it's absolutely brilliant. If you can get hold of a Kicker iK500 or iK501,
I promise it's amazing both in sound and volume. Of course this is all very
subjective I realise that.

I just have to say how very impressed we were with our new Bose mini
speaker, the Sound Link! For such a small device, it really does
deliver a quality, crisp and pure sound! 2 great things about it are;
it offers Bluetooth connectivity so you don't need to dock your
iPod/iPhone to it, just connect via Bluetooth. Secondly, it is
portable, having rechargeable battery. This means that wecan take it
camping next season!

I would recommend to anyone looking for a new speaker to give this bad
boy consideration, has a bigger brother too but not sure if this is
portable? Oh, and it can connect to your TV via audio cable.

I haven't been this impressed since I bought my B&W Zepelin 5 years
ago! But then, quality sound is so important to us VIs.
