Hi Dean, I always book tickets by phone. Using 08457 484950. Option 1 is for
an adviser or option 2 is for the voice operating system. It is so easy.

Cheers

Ron

Subject: [access-uk] Booking Train tickets

Hi,
In the past I've used thetrainline.com, not to book but to check the
times as I've found them easy to use and reliable. I was trying to
book some tickets and this time didn't have sighted help and found
that on the page where the Train options are given there are a number
of unlabelled check boxes. I think they're ticket types but I don't
know. I then went to nationalexpress.com and filled in the form on
the home page but couldn't click the times and fairs button, or at
least for certain it didn't work. Has anyone had any success with
either the train line or national express to point me in the right
direction?

Thanks

Dean
