Maybe you have an old version of the Transfer Tool? My brother subscribed
me to audible.co.uk and I haven't had that problem, the Transfer Tool
accepted my details and activated my BC.

password but it takes me to Audible.com and not to Audible.co.uk so it

Hi Mary,
You use the Book Courier transfer tool to activate audible, you don't
use audible manager. Go to audible menue, have your book courier
connected and choose "activate book courier." It will then ask you for
your username and password.
