[access-uk] Book courier and Audible.co.uk help needed please

Hi,
I have just joined audible.co.uk and have downloaded audible manager. I am
trying to activate my Book Courier and it keeps taking me to audible.com and
I am not recognised as I am registered with the UK. help needed please. I
am using Window-Eyes, Windows XP home and I have Book Courier's transfer
tool loaded. I have the purchased books in Audible Manager OK but just
cannot activate Book Courier.
